During my internship at CNS Companies, I managed social media campaigns across five brands, each with its own audience and tone. My work involved strategic campaign planning, content creation, scheduling, and tracking analytics through HubSpot. I also monitored community engagement, responding to comments and messages to strengthen brand trust and visibility.

Process

1. Campaign Planning

  • Researched industry trends and compliance updates to align content with audience needs.

  • Developed monthly content calendars for each brand.

2. Content Creation

  • Designed graphics, reels, and post templates tailored to each platform.

  • Wrote captions balancing professional tone with approachable messaging.

3. Scheduling & Automation

  • Used HubSpot to schedule posts, ensuring consistent brand presence across all platforms.

  • Coordinated timing to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Community Engagement

  • Responded to audience comments and questions to foster relationships.

  • Supported event promotion by live-posting and monitoring activity.
